Bondage

Bondage gear from beginner kits to nubuck leather: cuffs and restraints, whips, crops and paddles, hoods, metal cock rings and fetish accessories. Bound to Please, BOUND and Bound to Play make up most of the collection, alongside Impound chastity devices and Loving Joy’s beginner’s bondage kit.

New to bondage?

Start simple. A beginner's kit, soft cuffs or bondage tape lets you try restraint without much commitment, and many of our restraints have quick-release fastenings. Talk before you play about what you both want to try and what's off limits, agree a safe word, and check in with each other throughout.

Safety basics

Never put pressure on the neck, and check hands and feet regularly for numbness, tingling or colour change. Keep a pair of safety scissors within reach when using tape or rope, and never leave a restrained partner alone. Blindfolds and bondage hoods heighten everything, so build up gradually.

Impact and sensation

Whips, crops and paddles range from feather ticklers to firm leather. Start softly, aim for fleshy areas such as the buttocks and thighs, and avoid the spine, kidneys and joints. For e-stim, collars, leashes and tails, browse fetish, and for metal cock rings and chastity devices see cock rings and cages.

Common questions

What is a safe word? A word that means "stop now", agreed before you start and chosen so it can't be confused with anything else said during play. Many people also use a traffic-light system: green to carry on, amber to slow down, red to stop.

What should we buy first? A beginner's kit or a pair of soft, adjustable cuffs. Kits bundle several pieces together, so you can find out what you enjoy before investing in individual items.

What goes well with bondage gear? Restraint pairs well with sensation: nipple clamps for intensity, or a wand vibrator so the person in control can tease.
