Penis Pumps

Penis pumps create a vacuum around the penis to draw blood in, giving a temporarily fuller erection. Choose from Bathmate’s hydro pumps, which use water and are designed for the bath or shower, or Rev-Pump manual pumps with a squeeze bulb or a pistol grip and pressure gauge.

Using a pump safely

Follow the manufacturer's instructions on pressure and timing, and build up gradually. A pump with a gauge, or a hydro pump, makes it easier to stay in control. Stop if you feel pain or numbness, or notice bruising.

If you have a blood or circulation condition, take blood-thinning medication, or want to use a pump for erection difficulties, speak to your GP first. Pumps are often used with a cock ring afterwards; if you do, keep to the 20 to 30 minute limit.

What else helps? A little water-based lube around the base helps a pump form a better seal. For more men's wellbeing products, see For Him.
